Geoffrey Cooper, M.D. is the Founder of Eye Associates of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia where he provides all types of Laser Eye Surgery including LASIK & Custom Lasik Eye Surgery. Dr. Cooper is also a Clinical Instructor in Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Virginia as well as a Consulting Surgeon at McGuire Veterans Administration Hospital in Virginia. Dr. Cooper received his Medical Degree at the Tulane University School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana and completed his Residency in Ophthalmology at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, Virginia. In addition Dr. Cooper is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Cooper has been serving the medical and surgical eyecare needs of patients in the Greater Richmond Virginia area for over 10 years. Dr. Cooper has been providing Laser Eye Surgery with the Excimer Laser for Laser Vision Correction since shortly after its FDA approval in 1995. He began providing LASIK & Custom LASIK Eye Surgery to patients of greater Richmond Virginia upon their FDA approval.
